East Millinocket and Bangor, Maine –
Lynch Logistics is adding 50,000 sq. ft. of warehouse capacity to their network with a facility at 50 Main Street in East Millinocket, Maine as of January 1, 2023. The warehouse is on the former millsite of Great Northern Paper/Katahdin Paper Company. The facilities are located just 2 miles from I-95, and the main warehouse offers 50,000 sq. ft of heated storage space, bringing Lynch’s total to over 400,000 sq. ft. The warehouse has been recently upgraded with a new propane heating system, a new sprinkler system, and new efficiency lighting. It will be easily accessible for all tractor-trailer combinations as the warehouse has 8 regular truck dock doors and 1 new drive-in door. It also has a rail siding that Lynch hopes to reopen in the future with the help of the Town of East Millinocket, the State and their rail partners. The campus has 24/7 security on the premises supplied by Lincoln Infrastructure, a Convalt Energy Company. This acquisition will complement the greater long-term growth plans for Lynch Logistics, as it will provide enhanced commerce opportunities for partnerships throughout Maine and Canada.
